The VERY BEST!!! It seems that every day there are more and more realtors out there. Which isn't a bad thing. But finding a really good one can be challenging. My wife and I have truly been blessed to have worked with Tom and Sheila since 2019. We purchased our first home with them in May 2019 in New Jersey. The entire experience was pretty stress free because of their team. In 2021, the Air Force brought us back to Virginia. We sold our house with Tom and Sheila for over listing price and made a profit in just two years! Then earlier this year, we reached out to them as life was bringing us back to New Jersey to be closer to family. It was a no brainer and we wouldn't consider any other team to work with. It had to be Tom and Sheila. This time life brought us to South Jersey. No problem for them! They quickly did their very thorough research of the area and had us set up for success from the start. A few weeks ago we closed and are VERY happy with our new home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We liked that the office was close to the house. We had a meeting with Tom and Sheila a few months prior to ask questions and get a general idea of how the sale of the home would work and understand the process. They were both very friendly and professional and right away we left their office knowing that they were the ones we were going to choose for the sale of our home.

We met Sheila Novembre at an open house that she was hosting. We were telling her that we had just started looking for houses and we were not happy with the real estate agent we thought about working with because she was not communicating well and showed no urgency during a very difficult seller's market. Sheila explained that she and Tom work specifically in New Jersey, which is where we were looking to move to from PA. We felt that Sheila and Tom Novembre would be a good match for us.

Tom and Sheila provided us with excellent guidance very early on in the selling process. When we were first considering selling our home in Cranford, Tom gave us honest advice as to how best to price the home to sell and when it would be best to put the house on the market. When we were finally ready Tom and Sheila swung into action with a time table for the "coming soon" to the official listing. Communication was excellent, Tom and Sheila contacted us anytime a showing was scheduled and provided us with feedback as to the level of interest from the showings as well as the open house. When we received some offers, they outlined the pros and cons of the offers so that we could make an informed decision. Tom and Sheila were with us every step of the way and did a lot of hand holding when we felt stressed by the selling process. We would highly recommend Tom and Sheila to any of our friends or family that need to sell or want to buy a home. They genuinely care and treated us like family.
